TeamCofounders is a marketplace platform that connects project founders seeking partial equity investment with investors looking for opportunities in finished projects. We facilitate connections but are not a party to any transactions between users.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it.

4. Platform Fees

TeamCofounders charges a 5% success fee on completed deals. This fee is deducted from the transaction amount upon successful deal completion.

5. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Harass or abuse other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

TeamCofounders does not guarantee the success of any investment or project. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any agreements.
